• Maintanance free sectioned sanding pad. The modern electro pneumatic system works without rounding the edges
• Electrical management of the sanding pressures allows repeatability on different sanding programs
• Sanding belt length in 2620 mm and 3250 mm for industrial applications
• The motor and sanding units are coupled through Poly-V belts, which will ensure silent running and contribute to the achievement of an accurate sanding solution
• All pressure rollers come with helical grooves to eliminate contamination of dust and wood particles, which would otherwise leave pressure marks on the work piece surface
• The contact free belt tracking system is working without any downtimes
• Because of the longer belt lengths, lower quality sanding belts can be used
  
• Pneumatically operated steel pressure shoes are mounted on ball bearings in the front and rear of the calibrating drums, which guarantee an exact calibrating without error marks

Bottom-top or top-bottom sanding in a solution for calibration or sanding works.

All available units can be customized and arranged in different positions.
The standard working height is 900mm, but it can vary according to the customer's needs.
